SUDANESE president Omar Hassan al-Bashir arrived in Saudi Arabia yesterday for a pilgrimage, his latest trip abroad in defiance of an international arrest warrant, official media said.
It was his fifth visit to a foreign state since the International Criminal Court issued the warrant on 4 March, accusing him of war crimes in Darfur.

one has to be "convicted" in a court of law before you can call him/them a criminal!(strange you don't this coming from Canada) if you or anyone else has evidence or information that could lead to a conviction then present it to the international court! so that they can investigate and issue arrest warrants just because a war is "unpopular" doesn't make it wrong or criminal.
