The BBC spent all summer telling us that the flooding in England was due to global warming.
Now it's been revealed to be due to a naturally occurring change in ocean currents known as "La Nina".
But the BBC is there to promote climate change propaganda rather than facts so don't expect a correction. And I don't expect anything different from Attenborourgh

Uriah Heep tells us "And I don't expect anything different from Attenborough".

Sadly, given Sir David's exemplary career, that comment is true, as is the allegation that the BBC consistently favours an alarmist view of the complex global warming issue.

It is the case that all of the scares listed in your account of Sir David's new film (including polar bear health, sea-level rise, Snow Bunting and Hawk Moth ecology) are consistent with natural variation on the dynamic planet that we inhabit.

It is also NOT the case, as alleged in the article (and presumably the film) that "the world is hotter than ever". Rather, there has been no increase in global average temperature since 1998 despite a 4% increase in CO2 over the same period. That is a test of the greenhouse hypothesis, which it fails.

The hypothesis to be tested, then, is "that HUMAN CO2 emissions are causing DANGEROUS global warming". From the sound of your report, Sir David's film does not test this assertion but simply assumes it to be true.

So disappointing from such a distinguished and knowledgeable broadcaster.

what I find difficult to come to terms with
1- politicians always seem to seperate themselves from the rest of us, it is as if their interests are not the same, they forget they are there to represent us, and forever we have to fight to get them to listen.
2- you only have to walk in to a super market to see how much we are wasting and how every item on the shelf polluts our planet, and yet nobody does anything, e.g
a.stop packing fruit in plastic wrappers and boxes.
b. stop the sale of all these liquid detergents
c. stop selling liquid soap in plastic containers.
d. tooth brushes that now work on battery
e.no more plastic bags, use recylcled paper bags

many more ways to stop polluting our earth, the above are what we can do now
