Dr Jekyll's DNA, 6pm to 7.45pm, The Reference Library, Central Library, George IV Bridge. Crime fiction authors Ian Rankin and Lin Anderson will join Dr Steve Sturdy of ESRC Genomics Forum for an informal discussion looking at the links between science and literature, in particular DNA. Wine and nibbles will be provided. The event is free but places must be booked in advance, e-mail genomics.forum @ed.ac.uk. Only one seat per person can be reserved.
