Catch a true taste of the Caribbean as the True Rum Experience tour comes to Voodoo Rooms, 19a West Register Street, 7.30pm to 9.30pm, on Wednesday 18th November. The experience is hosted by UK Rum Authority Ian Burrell and features an exclusive masterclass where attendees will be taken on a journey from Caribbean cane fields to cocktail-making.

At these two-hour sessions you can learn about Caribbean rum’s rich history and try your hand at mixing (and tasting!) long drinks and classic cocktails, making them essential for anyone with an interest in premium, aged spirits.
