AS THE holidays draw near, here are a few organisations aiming to keep children fit and active during the summer:
ENJOY-A-BALL, across Scotland, 0845 226 2694, www.enjoy-a-ball.com Wonderful sports coaching programme for children aged 3-9. With no more than 10 children to a class, each lesson is fun a
nd enjoyable. Classes run through the week and on a Saturday with a number of centres across the UK. Great for any active children looking for a fun way to spend their afternoons.

Fully qualified Royal Academy of Dance Teacher who has become well-known for classes for all ages and abilities. Great for anyone with a dream of being a dancer – or anyone who just wants to do it for fun.
