Betwenn you, me, Kenny MacAskill, Legal Aid wasting billions and punishments that resemble action adventure holidays that cost millions and don't work I can tell I you would never go back the dark old days of the Tories and Jail terms.

The first 15 years of independence has shown how well we can treat scum-bags.

well if you don't like the way the legal aid board spends the money, make the legal profession pay for it's administration.

takes the argument of wasting taxpayers money right out of the equation and since only members of the legal profession receive legal aid payments, that would be fair, right ?

I have it from a good source that one who worked with "SCCRC" now decides who gets Senior Cousel or not at SLAB.
Great independent Justice system we have eh ?
He has also told someone that his lawyer is competent enough to lodge his appeal.
