Lions deny Collins reports
LIVINGSTON today refuted suggestions that Roddy Collins has been appointed as the club's new general manager, insisting no decision has yet been taken on next season's managerial structure.
The West Lothian club dismissed reports of a three-year contract for Collins as "pure speculation", although the Irishman is being considered for a role at Almondvale. Collins retains close links with Anthony McMullen, who recently invested a seven-figure sum in Livingston.
A club spokesperson said today: "At this stage it's absolute speculation. Livingston haven't made any approaches to anyone nor taken any decisions on future appointments."
Current manager Mark Proctor is being kept up to date with developments on the matter.
