BRITISH teenagers are the most sexually active in Europe, according to a report published today.
A study by the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) found that 38 per cent of British 15-year-olds had had sex in the period dating from 2001 to 2002.

That compared to just 15 per cent in Poland, 16 per cent in Spain and was also greater than the countries with the second highest proportion - Sweden, Finland and Germany.
